twenty-twenty one update

Hello everyone!

It's been nearly a year since I last wrote on here. As usual, a lot of things happened since then, which I will list on here!

• Had a small engagement ceremony in Shah Alam. The place was beautiful, and I finally got to meet my relatives, although we only invited a few of them due to the SOP.
• I got a job as a part time lecturer at UiTM. I taught English classes to Diploma students! It was a heck of an experience. I really respect everyone who has to go through online learning. It's not easy at all.
• I stayed in Melaka for a few months, and kinda explored the place. Stayed at late Ah Kong's house. I often went to Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan, especially the McD and Starbucks, just to get wifi for classes. I have no idea how many times I went to Jonker Walk! Ate a lot of char kuey tiaw and cendol @_@
• I stayed at my sister's place in KL, with her family. Played with Amanda, took her swimming, and everything. I gained most of my weight here because there are so many options of food! I had Pasta Panas, which was really good. A&W, Family Mart oden, 4Fingers, Boat Noodle, and so much more. T_T
• Went back to KK, finally!!!
• Lazed around because my part time contract was over, and I didn't reapply because I realized that I do not have the passion to teach.
• Watched Reply 1988, Brooklyn 99, and Breaking Bad on Netflix. I absolutely LOVE all of them!
• Addicted to Shopee, especially this one Shopee Live seller - Wicked Wardrobe. The owner is Deena, and she sells headscarves, cute unicorn things, knitwear, make-up, and basically anything and everything! She eventually started selling kids' clothes. I went through a few live sellers and hers speaks out to me the most. Possibly because she doesn't shout as loud as other sellers, and she's actually really kind, despite being firm. Her antics is the best part of it all.
• Cleaned my room, organised everything, let go of things I do not need or want anymore, made a list of things I should do before I move out.
• After months of being unmotivated and feeling lost, I finally decided to do some freelance. I offer proofreading services at a low price. I'm not sure the exact market price, but I guess with the work I put into it, I actually undercharge people. My main concern was to help out degree students, but eventually postgraduates started seeking my service, which made me quite nervous. I tried my best, nonetheless. Sometimes I even stress myself out because I have the need to perform the best as I can. Plus, the topics of their work is totally something I never bother to read, which was difficult.
• Nash started selling his very own Golden Salted Egg Rempeyek. With my help, I managed to help him sell about 30~50 packs, in two weeks! I'm so happy for him. • COVID-19 cases in Malaysia started getting worse. I have no idea who to blame. Perhaps both the government and people. People still held gatherings and stuff. Stupid. That is all I have to say.
• Oh, I got my vaccination! First dose, so far. I may write again once I have both doses. I had chills and slight fever for two days. My arm was sore too. Eventually everything cleared up after 48 hours.
• Bothered about the Tokyo 2020ne Olympics because I have nothing else to do.

Well, that is it, I guess? Oh, I went through the process of applying for nikah, which I may write on here also, once everything is done. I still have two proofreading jobs I have to do, which I am so lazy get started with. But I need the money. T_T Btw, I started to listen to Hogwarts ASMR on YouTube while doing the work. They sound so good, and I felt at peace. Haha! I love the POMODORO in various houses' ambiance ASMR. Thunderstorm ones are good too. Alright, I think that's it.
